Tan Trao Communal House National Relic

Tan Trao Communal House is national relic local at Tan Lap Village, Tan Trao Commune, Son Duong District, Tuyen Quang Province, that was a venue to organize National People’s Congress, the great historical event which created the foundation for August Revolution’s Victory.
 

 
Tan Trao Communal House was built in the 6th year of King Tu Duc’s reign (1853) as a culture-belief centre of local people. The communal house worships the Tutelary god of village and seven gods of rivers
 

 
Communal House was chosen to organize National People’s Congress (on 16-17 August, 1945). At the congress, the delegates agreed with the Party’s guideline on conducting General Uprising; approved 10 important policies of Viet Minh force, agreed to Viet Nam national flag with yellow star centered on a red background
 

 
It has become a famous destination of history that contributes to educating patriotic tradition and national pride for Vietnamese generations.
